The Affeldt AVN-929 is one of the most commonly used packing machines for clip packaging in the fruits and vegetables sector. It can be fitted with various different pipe diameters, making it suitable to process products of different sizes. The clipper has an automated pipe change system, preventing stoppage during the filling of the pipes. On top of that, the Affeldt AVN-929 is easy to maintain, as the clipping head can be taken off for inspection or maintenance by unscrewing a single screw.

On the outside, the Affeldt AVN-929U is the same as the standard AVN-929 clipper. However, it uses a different closure method, namely ultrasonic sealing. As such, no clip band or wire is needed. Moreover, both the nets and the labels used are made out of 100% PE. The result is so-called ‘mono’ packaging, consisting of a single material. The ultrasonic clipper can be fitted with various pipe diameters.

This stainless steel PE foil filling and closing machine (AVN 442) safely encloses previously weighed or counted batches of product in bags made out of PE foil. The AVN 442 has a lifting system, ensuring that delicate products are handled gently. The machine can also add hole-punch ventilation holes.

The Giro Girbagger S is the most elaborate girbag machine in the world. It has significantly upped the maximum possible speed. One characteristic feature is that the machine can seal the girfilm onto the net. It can also print ultraviolet marking stripes on the girfilm, making the traditional markings invisible. Due to printing directly onto the foil, the result is a mono product. Finally, the machine can be expanded upon using kits to be able to handle a wider range of packaging types.

The Daumar E-pack machine (AS-156) is a sealing machine that creates handle bag-like packaging for products weighing up to 2 kg. This is because the machine produces a girbag-like product, with a smaller, thinner foil on one side only. As such, it uses less plastic and can be used to create mono packaging.
