PACKING MACHINES

Of course, you can not just transport your goods without protection. In order to ensure that your products can safely and easily travel from point A to B, it is important to choose the right type of packaging. If you have chosen a packaging type, it is time to package your goods in it. There are several packaging machines that you can use for this. Depending on the type of product you produce, there’s a machine that will be best suitable to package these goods.

If you have any questions regarding the possibilities or certain machines, you’re always free to contact us.

Girbagger: filling and sealing machine for carrier bags

You can use the Girbagger for filling carrier bags. There are various versions, such as the Girlplus, Girsac and Ultrabag. All packaging, with or without a handle, can be filled with this machine. These bags close by means of welding beams, so no metal clips are involved. The Girbagger and its various versions work very precise. Thanks to the net delivery via an inner pipe, accurate adjustments can easily be made. The different pipe diameters (together with a variable film width) ensure a versatile use of the machine.
The Girbagger and its various versions are available with a printer for sticky labels and are equipped with a traceability system. The machine works quite simply in 3 steps:

  • Making the bag
  • Filling the bag
  • Closing the bag

This ensures that this machine has a high capacity combined with great reliability. The capacity is up to 30 packages per minute. The machine processes neatly from the roll, so you do not have a delay for refilling for about 2 hours.

Girplus

The Girplus is a vesion of the Girbagger. The Girplus has a top seal (possibilities to include label flap) and a bottom seal. The Girplus also has an inner film for reinforcement at heavy weights. The maximum weight of the Girplus is 2 kilograms.

Girsac

The Girsac is also a version of the Girbagger. This has a two-sided continuous film. This makes the packaging more economical and the visibility of the product is greater, without a loss of quality of the packaging. The maximum weight of the Girsac is 4 kilograms.

Machines for packaging products in a pipeline

Xarpa-31: clip machine for packaging products in a tube
The Xarpa-31 is a machine that works entirely pneumatic. The nets are closed at the top and bottom by using a metal clip. The net delivery is via the inner pipe, making it possible to finetune the machine very accurately. The inner pipe also ensures that there are no risks of disturbance caused by, for example, onion skins, sprouts, tomato crowns or peppercorns. Different pipe diameters are available, making the machine very versatile. Due to the pipe changing system, delays due to the net filling are avoided. The Xarpa-31 is available with printer for wineglass labels and is equipped with a traceability system. The capacity is up to 35 packages per minute.

GH-20: semi-automatic clip machine for manual filling and closing of the pipeline

The GH-20 closes nets up and down with a metal clip. This machine is activated by a switch next to the clip button. The GH-20 comes with a standard net pipe with a diameter of 18 centimetres. Other diameters are possible on request. If desired, you can also order the GH-20 with dispenser for wineglass labels.

AT5E: automatic clip machine for packaging products in tubing

The AT5E also closes the net at the top and at the bottom with a metal clip. This machine is entirely computer controlled. With a memory for 100 programs, the AT5E provides simplicity in the workplace.

The AT5E can be used with different pipe diameters, allowing for versatile use. There is also a pipe change system available so that delay with the net filling can be avoided.
If desired, the AT5E is also available with a printer for wineglass labels and is equipped with a traceability system. The printer inserts the label directly into the clip button, so that only 2 labels are lost when changing. By loosening only one bolt, the clip button can be tilted. This makes it freely accessible when necessary for maintenance or repair.

CB-34: wicket dredger

The CB-34 can be used for automatically filling and closing loose PE-bags. Closing is done by means of a tape shutter. The machine can easily be connected to a conveyor system. Depending on your requirements, the CB-34 can be delivered with a thermal printer. The capacity of this machine is up to 27 packages per minute.

RFB-60: tray clip machine

The RFB-60 is a horizontal clip machine for net packing of filled PE-boxes from 250 to 2000 grams. This machine is, if desired, available with thermal printer for wineglass labels and can be equipped with a traceability system. The capacity is up to 60 packages per minute.

FH 210: automatic filling and sealing machine for plastic bags on the roll

The FH 210 can be used with different bag sizes. The filling weight is 500 to 5000 grams depending on the product and the execution. If desired, the FH 210 is available with vertical weld bar for semi-tubular foil (adjustable bag width: 20 – 28 centimetres).
The printer prints directly on the foil or, depending on the version, on the label. This also includes a traceability system. Depending on your product, multiple locking systems are possible.

  • Ultrasonic
  • Horizontal sealing bar (pillow bag)
  • Tape closure
  • Mercury lock
NV-25: automatic filling and sealing machine for knitted plastic bags on a roll

The NV-25 is by default equipped with a Newlong sewing machine. The NV-25 comes with a roll holder for the embossing of printed ribbon. This machine can be used for products weighing 2.5 to 25 kilograms such as potatoes, onions or other crops. At approximately 5 kilograms the capacity is 20 packs per minute.
